Flow Energy To "Give Away" Boilers Said to Generate 40% of Household Energy Needs (Has MOU with NRG)

October 29,2014

ThisIsMoney.co.uk has a story on Flow Energy launching its boiler that will generate its own electricity, which is said to be able to produce 40% of a household's energy needs

Flow Energy's product is notable because an affiliate has a Memorandum of Understanding with NRG Energy, Inc. to initiate a trial for the testing and evaluation of Flow’s microCHP products for the U.S. heating market.

ThisIsMoney.co.uk reports that Flow Energy will offer the boilers with no upfront cost, with customers instead entering a financing arrangement and also signing over their receipts from a feed-in tariff to Flow Energy
