State Considering "More Expansive" Consumer Protection Rule Changes Than Originally Proposed

The Delaware PSC is considering more expansive customer protection rule changes than those originally proposed, according to a report from The Delaware News Journal
The PSC earlier this year issued a series of proposed rule changes, including the ostensible prohibition of enrollment via telemarketing, and an expansive definition of broker which could ensnare MLM agents. See the links below for background:
