Report: Retail Supplier Ditches Telephonic Verification for Wet Signature After Meeting with OPA

After meeting with the Delaware Public Advocate, a retail supplier that had been the target of customer complaints has, "voluntarily agreed to supply better identification and require customers to physically sign contracts rather than agree on the telephone," The News Journal reports.
