The Pennsylvania state Senate unanimously confirmed the nomination of Chairman Gladys M. Brown to her second five-year term as a PUC Commissioner.

Chairman Brown was confirmed on April 17 by a 50-0 vote and will continue to serve as Chairman of the PUC.

Brown's new term will expire on April 1, 2023.
