Report: Growth of Solar Power Installations Falls In Texas

The San Antonio Express-News reports that the construction of new solar installations in Texas fell in 2017, though at a slower pace than nationally.
Texas was still 4th in the U.S. for most solar installed in 2017, with 654 MW (a 3.3% decline vs 2016 additions)
