Retail Supplier's $18.5 Million Settlement Over Rates Approved By Court

CTpost.com reports that an $18.5 million settlement entered into by Viridian Energy concerning its pricing has been approved by a judge.

CTpost.com notes that, "Viridian continues to deny any wrongdoing, with a court document stating the agreement was reached 'solely for the purpose of compromising and settling disputed claims.'"
