The presiding ALJs in the New York PSC's evidentiary review of the retail energy mass markets have issued the following post-hearing briefing schedule:

January 26, 2018: Provide any substantive corrections to ALJs and parties

March 30, 2018: Initial Briefs due

April 30, 2018: Reply Briefs due

The ALJs also ruled on various motions to strike testimony. See the ALJs' ruling for details
