CenterPoint TDU Suspending DNPs , Citing Safety, Minimization of AMS Reconnects From Freezing Precip

CenterPoint Energy Houston Electric issued a market notice January 16 stating that it is suspending disconnect for non-pay orders on Tuesday, January 16, 2018, "in anticipation of freezing precipitation in the interest of safety to minimize the number of AMS reconnect failures."
"We will monitor conditions and resume DNP as soon as the weather allows," CenterPoint Energy Houston Electric said
CenterPoint Energy Houston Electric said in the notice that:
• DNP orders that were previously submitted and are currently in our system will be voided / turned down with a Weather Advisory code of “W” for V001 – Complete Unexecutable on the specific “Date Wanted”
• New “Same Day” DNP orders that are submitted during the existing Weather Moratorium will be rejected with a Weather Advisory code of “W” for A13 – Weather Advisory
• New DNP orders may be submitted for requested future “Date Wanted” dates and will be accepted by our system.
