Pennsylvania Cancels Licenses Of Retail Supplier, Brokers For Failure To File Security

The Pennsylvania PUC issued a final order cancelling the licenses of one (non-active) retail supplier and two brokers as the PUC said that such companies, "did not provide the required approved financial security."

Several other brokers responded to the PUC's tentative order and provided the required security and will maintain their license
