Texas Generator To Pay $10,000 Under Settlement With Texas PUC Staff

Exelon Generation Company, LLC would pay $10,000 under a settlement with Staff of the Public Utility Commission of Texas to resolve alleged violations of ERCOT Protocols ยง 6.4.6(1), Related to Energy Offer Curve for RUC-Committed Resources and Accurate Telemetry.
