EQT Completes Acquisition Of Parent Of Retail Supplier

EQT Corporation today announced that it has completed its previously reported acquisition of Rice Energy Inc.
Rice Energy Inc. is the parent of retail supplier Rice Energy Marketing LLC
EQT is also engaged in natural gas marketing through its EQT Energy subsidiary
As previously reported, EQT Corporation is, immediately upon the closing of its acquisition of Rice Energy Inc, establishing a Committee of the Board of Directors to evaluate options for addressing EQT’s sum-of-the-parts discount.
