TXU Energy announced two new ways customers can personalize their Amazon Alexa experience.

The company has launched two separate Alexa skills – one for account information, and another to control the TXU iThermostat.

By enabling the TXU Energy skill, customers can use Alexa to obtain their account balance, make a payment, and more.

The TXU iThermostat skill allows customers via Alexa to change their iThermostat's settings anytime, from anywhere.
