Retail Supplier to Reward Customer Loyalty By Reducing Rate At Loyalty Milestones

True Natural Gas has launched a rewards program which reduces a customer's bill the longer they stay with True Natural Gas
Under True Natural Gas' new rewards program, after 18 months of incident-free payments, True Natural Gas will take 50¢ off the customer service charge that month, and every month after that.
"And every 12 months after, if you continue to keep uninterrupted service from True Natural Gas, and continue to keep your payments in good standing, we’ll take another 50¢ off. Stay long enough, and your monthly service charge could be as low as $3.45 a month," True Natural Gas explains
"Other gas companies offer low rates to new customers – and their existing customers pay higher rates to make up for it. That just doesn’t make sense to us. We believe our long-term customers are our most valuable customers. And we’re going to prove it. When you stay, you save. The longer you stay, the more you save," True Natural Gas says of its new program.
