Summer Energy Holdings, Inc., the parent of retail provider Summer Energy, filed an 8-K yesterday reporting that on August 20, 2014, Roderick L. Danielson, President of Supply Management of Summer Energy Holdings, Inc., submitted a letter of resignation from his position.

Danielson’s resignation will be effective 30 days from submission of his letter of resignation, Summer Energy said in the 8-K.

Danielson has served in various executive and/or supply roles for several retail suppliers for over a decade.
