Ambit Energy released the following statement concerning a lawsuit recently filed against the company in New York, which alleges that, contrary to the company's representations, its rates charged to customers are not "competitive" and are not based on prevailing market conditions.

Ambit's statement, from co-founder and CMO of Ambit Energy Chris Chambless, is below:
