Connecticut Issues Proposed Order On Retail Supplier RPS Compliance

October 12,2017

The Connecticut PURA issued a proposed final decision on electric suppliers’ and electric distribution companies’ compliance with the Connecticut renewable portfolio standards in the year 2015, including whether the LSE was deficient and is required to pay an ACP

While PURA previously provided suppliers with an opportunity to review a preliminary notice of findings, to submit any corrections, in the past suppliers have still raised objections to findings in the proposed orders, so suppliers are encouraged to review the proposed order to determine if they are in agreement with the proposed findings
