Direct Energy and Sears offer an affinity program that provides Direct Energy with access to, "millions of the shopping chain’s customers across the United States."

According to an FAQ on its website, a specific Direct Energy offer for Sears "Shop Your Way" rewards program members is available in Texas, New York, and Pennsylvania.

However, the Direct Energy page on shopyourway.com indicates that the program is also available in New Jersey, Illinois, and Ohio.

Under the current Direct Energy offer through the Sears Shop Your Way program, customers earn $50 (50,000 Shop Your Way Points) when switching to Direct Energy and an additional 20 Points (2% cash back) for every $1 spent on the energy portion of their electric bill.

Shop Your Way points have a cash value of 1,000 Points = $1.00, and points can be redeemed for merchandise at Sears, Kmart, Lands’ End and mygolfer.com.
