Protracted Lawsuit Ends With Win for Direct Energy

The Pittsburgh Post-Gazette reports that a lawsuit against Direct Energy, as successor to a suit originally filed against Strategic Energy, has recently been dismissed with summary judgment in favor of Direct Energy.

The suit was brought by various customers due to disputes over whether Strategic's pricing could include certain rate components.
