Report: Glacial Energy Sale Approved by Court; Purchase Price Disclosed

A bankruptcy court has approved the sale of various Glacial Energy retail suppliers and related companies to Platinum Partners Value Arbitrage Fund LP, Law360.com reports.
Law360.com reports that the purchase price, which had not previously been disclosed in a motion to approve the auction results, is $32.8 million.
A written order from the court was not available as of press time.
