The expansion includes a new customer care center to consolidate operations at a single location.
"Gas South brought its customer care operations in-house about two years [at a separate facility than its HQ] ago in an effort to have greater control and oversight over this critical business function," the Daily Journal reports.
"Since 2008, Gas South has grown its customer base by 70-percent," the Daily Journal reports
