CPower Acquires Energy Efficiency Measurement Firm

CPower announced today that it has acquired eCap Network, a provider of energy efficiency measurement and verification services in the PJM market.
The purchase is part of CPower's ongoing efforts to expand its demand-side management services nationwide, the company said
eCap specializes in qualifying and capitalizing energy efficiency projects in PJM's markets
