Hedge fund Elliott Management has filed a suit to present its own bankruptcy exit plan for Energy Future Holdings, in the wake of the failure of NextEra Energy's purchase of Oncor to win regulatory approval

Elliott Management, EFH's largest creditor, seeks to convert its EFH debt into equity, putting Oncor under Elliott's control, Reuters reports
