Parent Of Texas Retail Provider To Begin Trading on NYSE

Vistra Energy, the parent company for TXU Energy and Luminant, announced that its common stock has been approved for listing on the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE).

Vistra Energy's common stock is expected to begin trading on the NYSE under the symbol "VST" beginning on May 10, 2017. Vistra Energy's common stock is expected to continue to trade on the OTCQX U.S. market until the close of the market on May 9, 2017.
