PJM State Consumer Advocates Name Market Vet As Executive Director

The Consumer Advocates of the PJM States, Inc. (CAPS) announced the hiring of Gregory Poulos as its Executive Director.
Poulos previously served as Director of Regulatory Affairs at EnerNOC.
Previously he served as Assistant Consumers' Counsel at the Office of the Ohio Consumers' Counsel
The membership of CAPS consists of all state utility consumer advocate offices in the PJM region, an area spanning all or parts of 13 states and the District of Columbia.
