The Electric Reliability Council of Texas (ERCOT) has filed with the Texas PUC its revised 2016 4CP Report in response to a Prehearing Conference order
On January 25, 2017, at the Prehearing Conference, ERCOT was directed by an ALJ to make changes to ERCOT's 2016 4CP Report to address objections from (a) Golden Spread Electric Cooperative, Inc.'s (Golden Spread) objection to the Load data value for Golden Spread's member, Taylor Electric Cooperative, Inc. (Taylor), for September 19, 2016, and (b) Texas Industrial Energy Consumers, NRG Companies, Austin Energy, and CPS Energy (Joint Commenters) with respect to a Direct Current (DC) Tie outage that affected the 4CP value and peak interval for July 14, 2016.
ERCOT was directed to file three sets of 4CP data, which it included in its revised report: (1) the data for the July 4CP changes (Attachment A); (2) the data for the September 4CP changes (Attachment B); and (3) the updated 2016 4CP Report incorporating changes reflected in Attachments A and B (Attachment C).
