Connecticut PURA Newly Requiring Out-Of-State Attorneys To Follow Pro Hac Vice Procedures

Effective January 1, 2017, out-of-state attorneys must follow pro hac vice procedures in order to appear before Connecticut administrative proceedings, including those at Public Utilities Regulatory Authority, which regulates retail suppliers and utilities.
