January 10,2017

FERC issued an order revoking the market-based rate authority of 10 power marketers as FERC said each company, "failed to file their delinquent Electric Quarterly Reports."

Two retail suppliers were included in FERC's revocation order

One of the retail suppliers appears to be active (the other had previously been acquired by another supplier).
