Power Industry "Expects" Alberta To Introduce Capacity Market

The Calgary Herald reports that power industry officials "expect" the Alberta government to move to a capacity market, which one former marketer says would increase costs to consumes

The same marketer further noted that the energy-only market was working well until the provincial government began interfering with the market, such as by shutting down coal plants
