Agera Energy LLC has notified various state regulators of changes in its management, in updates to its licensing information.

"We would like to remove Steve Laker as CEO and replace him with Jeremy Schupp. In addition we would like to add Steve Laker as the new Chief Operating Officer (COO)," Agera said in the filings
