Niagara Mohawk is forecasting a small decrease in natural gas supply costs this winter, the Olean Times Herald reports
For electricity, NiMo forecasts residential customers will see a slight increase in the supply side of bills versus last year, in part due to higher usage versus last year's mild winter, the Times Herald reports
