Muni Aggregation Customers Overcharged By Supplier In Administrative Error

Customers of the opt-out municipal electric aggregation in DeKalb, Illinois, were charged a rate nearly 1ยข per kWh higher than the rate they were supposed to be charged under the city's aggregation contract, as the supplier failed to update its billing system with the new rate, the Daily Chronicle reports

The supplier is reimbursing the customers for the overcharges.
