Copenhagen Infrastructure Partners Acquires Two Texas Wind Projects

Copenhagen Infrastructure Partners announced that, on behalf of Copenhagen Infrastructure II, Copenhagen Infrastructure Partners has acquired 100% of the onshore wind projects Bearkat Renewable Energy Project, LLC (366 MW) in Glasscock County, Texas and Blue Cloud Renewable Energy Project, LLC (150 MW) in Bailey and Lamb Counties, Texas.

The projects are developed by TriGlobal Energy. TriGlobal Energy will continue to assist Copenhagen Infrastructure Partners with the development towards financial close and the projects are planned to be fully operational before 2018 and qualify for 100% Production Tax Credits.
