DMN Watchdog Details Alleged "Brazen" "Con" In Door-to-Door Electricity Pitch

June 09,2016

Dave Lieber, Dallas Morning News Watchdog, in his latest column opens with what Lieber describes as a "brazen" "con" in a door-to-door electricity sales pitch.

Lieber also attributes the lack of rules addressing non-aggregator agents and brokers as stemming from the PUC (specifically cited by name) not foreseeing this sales channel developing -- as opposed to the specific delineation of regulation contained in SB7 concerning entities regulated by the PUC
