Texas PUC Staff File Drafts on DG Interconnection

February 05,2016

Staff of the Public Utility Commission of Texas have filed two alternative draft proposals for publication regarding interconnection of on-site distributed generation.

One of the draft alternatives would allow the retail customer or an entity other than the retail customer who owns the DG to sign the IA, but not both entities.  The second draft alternative would allow only the retail customer to sign the IA along with the electric utility.

See that draft here.
