Texas REP Files To Transfer POLR Obligation to Affiliate

MidAmerican Energy Company filed at the Public Utility Commission of Texas to transfer its non-volunteer POLR (Large Service Provider) obligation to affiliate MidAmerican Energy Services, LLC, as a result of the previously reported corporate restructuring in which MidAmerican Energy Company's unregulated retail services division was transferred to a new affiliate, MidAmerican Energy Services, LLC

MidAmerican Energy Company currently serves as a POLR for Medium Non-Residential Customers in Oncor, CenterPoint Energy Houston Electric, TNMP, AEP-North, AEP-Central, and Sharyland Utilities. MidAmerican Energy Company currently serves as a POLR for Large Non- Residential Customers in CenterPoint Energy Houston Electric, TNMP, AEP-North, and AEP-Central.
