Edison International confirmed to RetailEnergyX.com that Edison Energy LLC has purchased Delta Energy Services LLC, an energy broker and energy management consultant

Delta Energy Services is now a wholly owned subsidiary of Edison Energy.

Edison International, which is the parent of Southern California Edison, declined to disclose timing and financial terms of the transaction.

Delta Energy Services offers natural gas & electricity procurement, utility bill payment & invoice auditing, energy price risk management, energy efficiency consulting and CNG procurement.
