AP Reports On Regulators’ Concerns Regarding Marketing of Community Solar; Unbundling of RECs, Power

The Associated Press reports on concerns from regulators and attorneys general concerning the practice of certain community solar providers of selling energy to solar subscribers that has been unbundled from the solar RECs, with the RECs sold to non-subscribers, when such power is being marketed to customers as being solar.
