The Edison Electric Institute (EEI) announced that Philip D. Moeller will join EEI on February 1 as Senior Vice President of Energy Delivery and Chief Customer Solutions Officer.

In this new position, Moeller will direct EEI's energy delivery, retail energy services, and state regulatory outreach activities.

Moeller previously served as a Commissioner at FERC, and also served as a Senior Legislative Aide for Energy Policy in Senator Slade Gorton's office and previously managed Alliant Energy's Washington, D.C. office
