PAG&E Says It Complied With Pa PUC Security Regs, Inclusion in Tentative Order Inaccurate

November 25,2015

Energy Services Providers, Inc. (Pennsylvania Gas & Electric) said in a letter to the Pennsylvania PUC that it has been in compliance with the applicable security requirements, and that it filed proof of security before the PUC inaccurately included Pennsylvania Gas & Electric in a November 19 tentative order listing of companies that the PUC had tentatively said were not in compliance

In a November 20 letter to the PUC (made publicly available on November 24), Pennsylvania Gas & Electric said that in response to a prior inquiry about its security, "PAG&E submitted an updated rider addressing the Commissions concerns, which was delivered via overnight delivery to the Commission on November 4, 2015."

Pennsylvania Gas & Electric submitted a copy of this filing with its correspondence

Pursuant to conversations with PUC staff on November 19, Pennsylvania Gas & Electric said that it understands that, "the corrected rider has been received and approved by the Commission and PAG&E is in compliance with its security obligations."

"We look forward to receiving the final order stating the same," Pennsylvania Gas & Electric said
