Retail supplier NRG Home is piloting a demand response program with residential customers located in "select" eastern Pennsylvania markets, the company confirmed to RetailEnergyX.com

Given the pilot nature of the program, NRG declined to discuss many specifics of the program, stating only that the pilot is a voluntary program and that customers are not penalized for non-response. The pilot applies only to the NRG Home brand.
