Just Energy, which offers a flat bill for unlimited natural gas or electric consumption in Illinois, Alberta, and Ontario, has expanded the offering to the United Kingdom, through its Green Star Energy brand

Green Star Energy unveiled an "Unlimited Tariff" that lets customers fix their home gas and electricity bills, whatever the weather, for a full year.
