Report: Michigan Legislature Inches Toward "Compromise" on Energy Choice

The Detroit Free Press reports that Michigan lawmakers "inching" closer to a compromise on energy policy, including electric choice.
According to the Detroit Free Press, such compromise would retain choice sales with the current 10% cap (choice sales were proposed to be eliminated entirely under a House bill), but with onerous capacity procurement and resource adequacy requirements for retail suppliers as proposed by a Senate bill and the governor (click here for background)
