New Texas REP Files To Offer Prepaid Service

Xoom Energy has filed a notice of intent with the Public Utility Commission of Texas to provide retail electric services using a customer prepayment device or system, according to the PUCT's online docketing system

The entirety of Xoom's filing was filed under seal, but was filed in the project for such prepay notices of intent (provided that the document was filed in the correct docket)
