Crius Energy Trust announced second-quarter results after the market close yesterday.

Crius reported Q2 2015 Adjusted EBITDA of $13.8 million, compared to $13.2 million in Q2 2014

Crius reported continued net organic growth in customers with 9,000 added in the quarter

At June 30, 2015, Crius Energy had 790,000 customers, up from 581,000 at the beginning of the quarter as a result of both organic and acquisitive growth.

Approximately 200,000 customers were added through the TriEagle Energy acquisition.
