Direct Energy is offering Texas residential customers a 60-month fixed rate

In the Oncor service area, Direct Energy's Live Brighter 60 plan has an average all-in rate of 9.1¢/kWh (at 1,000 kWh) and includes a fixed Energy Charge of 4.7¢/kWh, a monthly base charge of $4.95, and Oncor charges of $5.25 per month and 3.343¢/kWh

In the CenterPoint-TDU service area, Direct Energy's Live Brighter 60 plan has an average all-in rate of 10.8¢/kWh (at 1,000 kWh) and includes a fixed Energy Charge of 6.0¢/kWh, a monthly base charge of $4.95, and CenterPoint-TDU charges of $5.67 per month and 3.726¢/kWh

The plan includes a $135 early termination fee

The only other 60-month fixed rate offered in Texas publicly listed on Power To Choose has been offered by Just Energy
