Trader Protests RTO’s "Shotgun Marriage"

Boston Energy Trading and Marketing LLC filed a complaint against the Midcontinent Independent System Operator, Inc. regarding a MISO decision which BETM alleged, "forces BETM to enter into a partnership for its market participant funded transmission project with a competitor," which BETM likened to a "shotgun marriage."
