Companies Announces Partnership To Spread Municipal Aggregation in New York

Joule Assets Inc. announced that it has partnered with Good Energy to, "manage the growing number of CCA [community choice aggregation] programs across," New York
"New York becomes the 7th state in the country to allow for this type of energy aggregation for residents within a city or municipality," Joule Assets said in its press release
Apart from an aggregation in Westchester, which was specifically approved as a pilot, RetailEnergyX is not aware of opt-out aggregation being authorized in New York.

Furthermore, RetailEnergyX understands the PSC is reviewing the permissibility of opt-out aggregation in Case 14-M-0224, but understands that the case is still pending
