Report: Texas Power to Choose To Add Filter For Minimum Usage Fee Plans

The Houston Chronicle reports that the Public Utility Commission of Texas will add a filter to the Power to Choose site to allow customers to filter plans with minimum usage fees.
It is not clear if the filter will apply to plans which give credits for high usage customers
