Oncor: Over $8 Million Still Available for REP Reimbursements Under Low-Income IHD Program

Oncor issued a market notice yesterday stating that more than $8 million is still available from Oncor for reimbursement to retail electric providers who provide no-cost programmable communicating thermostats and in-home displays to eligible low-income customers.
