Retail Supplier Sells Mechanical Contractor Business

June 30,2015

Shipley Energy has sold its Worden and Shewell business, a mechanical contractor, to H.B. McClure, the York Dispatch reports.

The York Dispatch reports that Shipley Energy sold Worden and Shewell because the division focused on large industrial commercial HVAC, which is not Shipley Energy's focus.
